South Moor Vets
Please do not under any circumstances open your car carrier in or outside of your car, and make sure your cat carrier is secure for your appointment. Cats find it very stressful travelling, especially if they are feeling unwell and are attending an appointment at the vets at a place they are not familiar with.

We've recently had a few escapees in the car park, luckily most of them have been retrieved and returned home, but unfortunately not all are so lucky. Thank you for taking the time to read this, we hope you and your cat have a secure and as stress free experience with us as possible. It's Nicola's last week before she starts her maternity leave.

As you'd expect, we offer a complete range of treatments to help keep your pet in great shape, or get them back on track if they've been unwell. We've invested in the latest equipment to ensure we can provide you with a wide range of treatments options. Our brand new CT Scanner has just been installed at Endsleigh, our newest clinic right next door to Endsleigh Garden Centre!
24 Hour Care
Report
South Moor Vets is proud to provide its own 24 hour emergency cover. Once our clinics are closed, you can still contact us to receive emergency care for your animals. We're dedicated to the needs of your animals 24 hours a day, and we think this makes us different to many other practices out there.
Pets
Report
South Moor Vets are proud to be an independent practice, and we fully intend on staying this way!. Our aim is to provide high quality medical and surgical care for your pets, while remaining compassionate and competitively priced. We offer consultations throughout the day and will attempt to be flexible where possible, and are available for home visits if you struggle to get to us.
Pet Health Plans
Report
We offer a range of Pet Health Plans. These provide all necessary preventative health needs for your animal - vaccination, flea and tick prevention, regular worming and 6 monthly health checks. If you are enrolled on our health plan you also receive discounts on any food, long term medication, blood tests and dental procedures.
CT Referrals
Report
If you think your animal needs a CT scan please speak to your veterinary surgeon who can arrange referral if appropriate. We are now accepting referrals for outpatient CT scans from primary care veterinary surgeons. Animals will be assessed for their suitability for anaesthesia on the day of the scan but clinical aspects of the case will not be discussed with owners.
