By reducing the frequency of our deliveries we're aiming to save many miles of traffic to our practice. I have been taking my pets for around 8 years. They are friendly and helpful. When our beloved 19 year old cat was very ill they were very supportive during a very difficult time. I will not go anywhere else.
Very friendly staff always willing to help. If you are registered they seem to bend over backwards for you. If you sign up to the pet plan it's even better as you get worming flea treatment as well as checkups as part of it highly recommended.

We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
Pet Nutrition

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Out of Hours

If you have an emergency out of our normal practice hours you will need to visit the out-of-hours emergency service. We have staff onsite from 8:00am until 7:00pm, but do not have overnight staff. If you have an out of hours emergency, please call our Milehouse branch on 01752 567567, from there you will be automatically directed to the out-of-hours clinic, or you can call them directly on 01752 702646.
Prescriptions
Report
Prescriptions are available from this practice. You may obtain relevant Veterinary medicinal products from your Veterinary surgeon or ask for a written prescription and obtain these medicines from another Veterinary surgeon or pharmacy. Your Veterinary surgeon may prescribe relevant medicinal products only following a clinical assessment of an animal under their care.
