Gillian, the owner went over and above to facilitate me with my disability. Stayed in one of the outer cottages which was spotless, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. I cannot wait to go back there, didn't want to leave.

The owner and staff are so friendly, caring and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The bedrooms are to a high standard and the beds are very comfortable, and the food is always fresh and hot

Our landlady inveited us for lunch today. We both enjoyed our meal and we will be going back for Sunday lunch in the future I can recommend the Windmill Court restaurant to any one who is looking for somewhere to go for a change

This is a small family run hotel with the added benefit of having a number of cottages in the site. The cottages are all self contained, mostly 2 bed and one 3 bed with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottages are perfect for families, cooked breakfast is offered as an option, served in the main hotel building.
Windmill Court is warm and welcoming and is a great base to explore the local areas, Bronte country is a short drive away and Halifax offers the usual tourist amenities including the Piece Hall and Eureka children's museum.
