People like to complain about Doctors appointments nowadays. I called up at 9, phone was answered within 3 minutes, appointment later in the afternoon, saw the doctor within 5 mins, 5 min consultation and after the prescribed meds I'm all better. Excellent service.

I'd avoid this doctors. Ive had quite a few awful experiences with rudeness, neglect, poor service from some doctors and and have not received the care I need. Over an hour spent waiting on the phone on several occasions then receptionists that are guarded and unhelpful. I understand why the staff are constantly under attack from disgruntled patients which is inexcusable but the problems they have would be better resolved with improving their service than putting threatening signs everywhere blaming 'patient behaviour'. It's oppressive and intimidating when you attend and you will likely be left

This is a very busy practice, yes, sometimes things go wrong. BUT it is a very good practice and there are plenty of doctors and nurses. The Receptionists are nice and helpful. I have also had to see and speak to doctors and nurses during Covid and have had no problem. There is also Day Lewis Pharmacy on site which are also very good. There is parking on site and across the road. I am happy that I am a patient.

Thank you Dr Quinn!
Sent me a text re a scan result the day after the scan, just to let me know it was OK, rather than making me wait until my review appointment. Putting my mind at rest. Dr Quinn, is unfortunately, a rarety by the way that she seems to have empathy and great listening skills.

It saddens me to write this, as I have been a patient since birth. But over the last 5 months I have been continuously, consistently, and repeatedly let down by the Drs here. I have been given incorrect information, a referral has been forgotten to be sent, meaning I am now 5 months down the line and nowhere. The referral I need, once sent, has a 6 month waiting list and ever growing. And I’ve just lost 5 months because they haven’t sent the referral. I attended the surgery today to discuss how unhappy I am and how my mental health is being utterly destroyed by their lack of care and
