Critical:Professionalism
I was just hung up on by the travel agent after being told my destination was too much hassle!
Ive never been spoken to on the phone with such disregard - I would NEVER recommend this travel agency to ANYONE.

Outstanding service. Great staff who work hard and are willing to go the extra mile to help and find the best deal for me and at a price point in my budget. Would highly recommend.

Well all I can say is that I thoroughly recommend Travelink Group Ltd as myself and my wife had the most wonderful trip to Mauritius! Thank you to all the staff that we spoke to many times prior to travel, with your outstanding service and attention - such personalised service which was a breath of fresh air. Previously we booked with other travel companies online but never again. Prefer the personal service! :-)

Travelink are a brilliant company with amazing staff that are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Every time I speak with them I am wowed by the level of great service they offer. I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs to book a holiday.

Travelink is NOT a company I could ever recommend. My husband took ill a month before our trip and unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday. The company took 60% of the total cost of the holiday and when we asked whether the hotels had kept any of the monies against our reservations they refused to answer our question. Therefore, we can only conclude that due to my husband's illness, the company enriched themselves by pocketing the money. Having lost over $3,000, Travelink as a 'goodwill gesture' issued us a $300 credit note! Prior to its expire date we asked Anthony the owner to book us a room

Have only positive things to say about Travelink. Whether it's personal or corporate they will look after you and ensure your trip is tailored exactly as you need and cost effective too. Tip - ask for Anthony or Lorna. Both great to deal with.

I always choose Travelink for a personal, reliable and efficient service when I travel overseas. They are also able to beat online quotes as they often have access to deals not available on the web. Would give 6 stars if the option was available. Highly recommended !
