I have been seeing Jean for only 6 ish weeks. My back pain got so severe it has stopped me from having a normal everyday life, let alone being able to work. The difference she made with me was incredible. I have had back pain (on and off) for years but suddenly got worse whilst at work recently, I was so crippled I cried in pain and barely slept. I have been coming to Jean at Bideford Chiropractic for over 10 years. I can honestly say she is the only reason I can still stand up straight. Jean has a very gentle approach and will coax your back into alignment without resorting to strong physical manipulation like some chiropractors. I go once a month in order to keep everything on the straight and narrow. If I leave it longer, then I wake up one day and can't stand up straight. It is amazing how much pain we all live with because we are not balanced properly.
Jean is also a nurse by profession so has a good medical knowledge and background
