The biggest scammers
Selling faulty car!! We both 2016 years car and they said that its really good car without problems NO FAULT FOUND for problems that cost more then 2400 Note all problems been noticed and found within first days after we both the car!!!!!!!! They lied to us that ac been fixed but its totally failed ac compressor and cost 927 to fix, I attached pictures. You can see pictures of clutch that they said no fault found and to fix it cost was 773Engine mounts, turbo was spreading oil Car had so much problems that is not listed in

The biggest scammers I ever seen!! Check car properly before you buying it and dont get scammed as we have been. 2016 car with just 44k on clock had so much problems!!! Better avoid this dealer!!!! Worst experience I ever had when buying car!!! Customer service is unbelievably poor.

Dealer denied and said FAULTS NOT FOUND. Its a decent car we made complaint thru finance company. And they got vehicle inspection done. Independent vehicle inspector confirmed faults and also third party garage quote us for the repairs.

Murray Motors does it again... I've been with Murray Motors for about 10 years now and they always deliver on thier promise. I've bought my last 5 cars from them and brought them back for MOTs and services as required. Always service with a smile when dealing with Gordon, Avril their son or their secretary Pamela. Top class family run firm. Friendly, professional and efficient, nothing is too much trouble.

My daughter bought a 10,500 Hyundai car 4 months ago. The gear box has packed up just after the 3 months warranty has expired. Cost around 1500 to fix. I would suggest the purchase of an extended warranty or purchase from a garage who would offer a longer warranty.

My intent of the rating was to advise people to make sure they take a suitable warranty. My daughter did not expect to have this go wrong with a car that has only done 40600 miles! The fault is there wether she came to your garage for the repair or not, and as you said when I phoned there was nothing you would be able to do. Facing a large bill for repairs that should not have to be conducted on this age of vehicle was not some thing she was expecting. The experience unpleasant as It is would prompt us to consider the type of warranty and which dealer we would use in the future.
