I decided it was time for a change and just dropped in past for a look-see, Jerry was very helpful and a wee while later I came away with a car in the process, I had to wait a whiley due to unseen circumstances, but a short time later I collected my car and am very happy with it. Excellent service and easy to deal with. Thanks very much.

Have bought cars from Sandy Thain over the years without problem until now, all trust flew out the window. Shall never use them again. Traded in Ford Focus for 68 reg Vauxhall Astra on 25th May. Whilst with salesman Iain, he showed me inside the boot and indicated where the tyre inflation kit was stored but did not declare that the battery was stored in the boot under the boot liner. Had he said "By the way the battery is in the boot" The purchase would not have gone through. On my finding this out, I emailed Iain requesting my old car back and refund to which he failed to respond. Took the matter
