Services
Foot Pain Treatment
Our foot pain treatment addresses chronic discomfort caused by biomechanical issues, arthritis, or injuries. Using gait analysis and tailored orthotics, we identify root causes and implement solutions like shockwave therapy or custom insoles. Patients benefit from reduced pain and improved mobility through evidence-based interventions.
Diabetic Footcare
Specialised diabetic footcare prevents complications through regular assessments and preventive treatments. Our podiatrists manage neuropathy, ulcers, and circulation issues with meticulous nail care, wound management, and pressure-relieving orthotics. This proactive approach minimises amputation risks and maintains foot health for diabetic patients.
Verruca Treatment
Advanced verruca treatments utilise Swift microwave therapy to target HPV infections without invasive procedures. This method accelerates healing while reducing recurrence rates. Patients experience faster resolution of painful plantar warts compared to traditional freezing or acid treatments.
Nail Surgery
Permanent toenail correction addresses recurrent ingrown nails through partial or full nail avulsion under local anaesthesia. Combining chemical matrixectomy with post-operative care, we achieve long-term relief while preserving nail aesthetics in most cases.
3D Gait Analysis
3D gait analysis captures precise foot mechanics during walking or running. This data informs custom orthotic design and footwear recommendations, correcting abnormal pressures that cause conditions like plantar fasciitis or stress fractures for athletes and active individuals.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff here are second to none. I had suffered for months with acute/chronic pain in my feet. Angela quickly diagnosed plantar fasciitis and set about resolving it, tirelessly and compassionately, working away at a time that fitted into my own work schedule. After refusing to give in, and with there new laser system from Switzerland, success was achieved and I am almost pain free. I cannot thank the whole team at Podiatry Plus Scotland, and in particular Angela for their efforts. If you want the BEST podiatrists in Scotland, look no further, you have just found
