To ensure the health and safety of our community we have set the following guidance and adopted some changes. Please make sure you familiarise yourself with the following instruction before coming to the studio for your practice. 1- We will be cleaning the studio between classes and other places frequently and have placed hand sanitisers in multiple places in the studio.
2- We will be doing a temperature check on entry. Please don't be offended if you are refused entry if your temperature is higher or equal to 37.8. This is an added precaution that we felt we need to take for your own safety and the safety of others. 3- Once your temperature is checked at the door please make your way straight to the studio and not hang about the reception area.

Neda is a passionate yogini who loves to teach yoga to bring joy and wellness within the community. She has been practicing yoga for over 2 decades. In 2009 she decided to kiss goodbye a stressful banking career to pursue life on a lighter path. Her dream of having a little studio from which she can spread love, joy, wellness, balance and stillness within the community finally came to fruition in 2015.
