Amazing highlights and trim with Charlotte! Lovely lady who listened exactly to what I wanted, I didn't feel like I was sat in the salon for hours! It was also great value and I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off with hidden extras as can be the case with some salons. My boyfriend also very much liked his cut! Will definitely be returning.

To all my curly headed friends out there. Do not come here. Have gone to two hairdressers in this salon and they made it look awful. I hate my hair. I only got half of my money back and need to spend even more to get it fixed, which is so sad because I wanted to grow it out long. I'm really upset and I can't look in the mirror without feeling distressed and crying. Would have been a different story if I had at least received a full refund to fix this

The haircut I got is bad. I understand everyone makes mistakes but here is my feedback to make to improve this service:
1. Make sure you understand exactly what your client wants.
S (my hairdresser) made no attempt to understand what I needed- I clearly said I wanted a small trim on the ends (she cut of 3.5 inches) and to fix the layers. I even showed her a picture of myself with my perfect haircut. She claimed it was a 'long consultation', it was less than a minute. Even if it was 'long' it was insufficient or if not this wouldn't have happened. She cut the short layer so much it is close to

I had an AMAZING hair cut with Holly. She was an excellent listener and was so careful and patient with me and gave me the style that I asked for and showed pictures of. I hadn't had a cut for a year so my hair was not in a good way at all but I left feeling beaut. She did the shape and my fringe perfectly. She also gave me lots of advice about hair oils and treatments and I just left feeling really looked after. She's the best!

If you value your time, don't come here. My appointment was 45 min delayed and I was left to wait because hairdresser had "last minute appointment" just before I have arrived.

WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. Sean didn't listen to what I wanted and ruined my hair. It was all handled unprofessionally and unkindly and I strongly regret ever going to this salon.
