Do you accept emergency appointments?
Yes, we prioritise same-day emergency care during working hours and offer an out-of-hours on-call service for urgent needs.
Are payment plans available?
We accept cash and credit cards. Denplan offers long-term budgeting options for ongoing treatments. No in-house credit systems are available.
Is the practice accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, Redhouse is fully wheelchair-accessible with ground-floor entrances and wide corridors for easy navigation.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours for dentists, 48 for hygienists) may incur charges. Repeated missed appointments could result in removal from our patient list.

I took my 6 year daughter with abscess issue, Dentist recommended for extraction of tooth and told me there are 2 options to get tooth extracted either in her Clinic to which she says she will not like it or else in hospital under anesthesia but for that there is 1 year waiting list. I told Dr that you can send ref form to the hospital meanwhile I will see if I can make her mind ready for extraction in clinic. She asked me to send picture of her dental abscess. I emailed to the dr and asked her to confirmed if she has received. She replied reception area will confirm and will send referral. 2 weeks

This is a great dentist if you go to the right person. They are supportive, friendly, caring, professional and well worth any money spent. I started at the practice as an extremely nervous patient and now it hardly bothers me. This is thanks to my dentist who is one of the partners, he is fantastic and very understanding and does 5star work every time. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Mr Phakkey and the guys and girls at Redhouse have been looking after my mouth for over 15 years, and I have always been very happy with the quality of the care, as well as the efficiency and the friendliness of the entire team.
