I am a patient at the Solihull clinic. This is a busy clinic and appointments can be difficult to schedule but, but from my experience rightly so as the clinic is excellent. If you are struggling for an appointment the staff try every avenue to help and make sure you get seen. I have found the reception staff to always be friendly, kind and… efficient. Mark Forty is my main orthodontic specialist and have found him to be knowledgeable but with a cheeky sense of humour which helps to put you at ease instantly in the dentist chair. This was an important consideration for me as an adult needing

Money hungry practice. My 18 year son was insulted by the orthodontist for not going ahead with his advice for a brace that actually was not needed l. Rude dentist. We will be taking further action as insults are bully tactics.

I chose here because they were the most affordable of 4 quotes I'd received and they came across as very knowledgeable in the first meeting. I chose to have fixed braces and my orthodontist, Antonia, has been consistently professional. It must have been clear I was nervous at essentially every visit but she was always very kind, putting me at ease, answering every question and always making time to see me if needed. After having so much orthodontic work done in my time, I can honestly say that Antonia has been the very best in terms of how gentle she managed to be at my appointments!!

Fantastic service. Often a long wait for a convenient appointment but the end result is so worth it! My daughter no longer hides her smile now that her teeth are beautifully even and she can be her (unselfconscious) self. Thank you Dr Antonia Burgess and staff from both of us.
