I have used Trade Direct for my public liability insurance for years and have always found them to be incredibly helpful. As my van insurance was coming up for renewal I thought it would be good to keep it all with one company, Leigh in vehicle insurance was very helpful and friendly and is a credit to your company.

Got cover with this firm as it seemed like they specialised in tool theft. my tools were stolen over a week ago and i have not received any correspondence, just palmed off every time i try and get through. Finally got a confirmation email asking for the details and Phoned them to follow up my reply and they responded by telling me it takes at least 5 days for a reply. That will make it over 2 weeks with no tools and no work. They have no empathy of the urgency of my situation. Terrible service

Not even 1 star this company is disgusting and i would warn people to stay away.take your money then say its a free refund before 2 weeks but nope just half of my money refunded
