What conditions do you treat?
We treat musculoskeletal issues including back/neck pain, arthritis, sports injuries, pregnancy discomfort, and paediatric conditions. Our holistic approach addresses biomechanical imbalances throughout the body.
Is osteopathy safe for children?
Yes, our paediatric treatments use extremely gentle techniques suitable for infants and children. We treat from 3 days old with parental accompaniment and specialise in birth trauma and developmental issues.
What qualifications do you hold?
I'm a GOsC-registered osteopath with BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy. I maintain annual CPD and hold advanced certifications in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy and paediatric osteopathy.
How long are treatment sessions?
Initial adult consultations last 45-60 minutes with 30-45 minute follow-ups. Paediatric sessions typically take 30-45 minutes depending on the child's age and condition.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without prior notice incur a 100% cancellation fee to ensure fair access for all patients.

I had a few amazing sessions with Atsuko. I had a series of chronic aches and pains in the neck, shoulder, lower back and in the knees, lots of them stemming from the past injuries and car accidents. I felt great straight after the treatment, but moreover, I realised I keep on improving day by day. I was happily surprised with that. Also I have had a serious problem in the TMJ, and I couldn't open it properly for a long time, and it clicked all the time. She had a proper go at it today and now I can open the jaw for the first time for a long time. I am completely amazed with that. Now I am feeling

I’ve been taking my baby since she was 7 weeks old. She was born breech and struggled with posture but also colic and silent reflux. I’d heard how osteopathy is good to try and help and so booked her in. And wow really glad I did. Her posture has improved and also her colic and reflux are so much better. Atsuko is amazing with her and it’s really helped her. She’s now 14 weeks old and improving all the time. Best decision taking her- thank you x

Atsuko is amazing and a very gifted Osteopath, Atsuko is very experienced in different treatments. I have been treated by Atsuko for approximately 6 years and I have really benefited. I have a visual impairment and consequently my posture can be affected. I always feel aligned and lighter following a treatment.
Atsuko is very personable, friendly has a good sense of humour and very much puts you at your ease. I would highly recommend Atzuko.

OMG ! I have woken this morning after a totally untroubled sleep, with a 100% pain free wrist. What on earth ? My GP told me yesterday I had arthtitis and should expect the pain to ease after around 6 weeks. In desperation, I phoned Atsuko at Harmonia Osteopathic. This is crazy. Really. A 1 hour treatment. Phenomenal.
