Our in-house catering team can provide light refreshments and/or lunches for corporate meetings and events. We can cater for any special dietary requirements. A range of food options are available but we are always happy to discuss other ideas with our clients. Room size is 28m x 10m to accommodate up to a maximum of 94 people.
Classes

Classes are suitable for all and designed for everyone to practice within their own capabilities which includes breathing exercises, somatic movement, yoga postures and relaxation. Designed to assist older people to get fit or maintain an active lifestyle which can help lower blood pressure, build body strength and help to increase mobility.
Fitness Gym

The Fitness Gym is located on the ground floor for easy access and is fully equipped with a variety of cardio vascular and resistance machines as well as free weights and a stretching area. Our priority is to keep everyone safe so we would still like to encourage social distancing where possible however, the wearing of masks will now be optional.
