Lies, Deceit, No Morals or Ethics. We viewed and offered the asking price on a property being sold by Nadine Armer at Guy Leonard. She gave us her personal assurances that neither she, nor Guy Leonard (the company) indulged in the usual shenanigans that blights unscrupulous estate agents. We made it clear that our offer was to be communicated straight to the vendor, with no horse trading back-and-forth with other potential buyers.

Teresa and Peter at Pulborough were absolute stars throughout my property purchase. What should have been fairly straight forward with just 3 in the chain and a 3 month turnaround (max) turned out to be a complete nightmare, taking 6 months as the couple I was buying from were divorcing and weren't told this until 3 months in and things got nasty. It took 6 mths of hard work on all sides and I had complete support throughout from Guy Leonard. They were there holding my hand, supporting and advising me the whole way through. Guy Leonard (lettings) are without doubt one of the best letting agents in the UK. Their lettings team are excellent, delivering a 100% professional service, in a warm friendly manner. Phone calls and emails, are responded to swiftly.
Rental valuation was exactly right. Property advertisement, photographs and description were superb. Speed of letting was the next day! (Subject to references and checks)

As both a landlord and a potential tenant, we would question the integrity and diligence of the lettings department at Guy Leonard. We most definitely cannot recommend Guy Leonard. We have a number of properties, which are currently let and managed by an alternative Horsham agent, covering the Storrington and surrounding areas, who in our opinion, exceed our expectations.

I received exceptional help, encouragement and support from this estate agent and would not hesitate in recommending them. I would not hesitate to recommend the GL Pulborough office. All the staff were friendly and encouraging and kept me well informed. I received help over and above what I had expected and during the manager's week off Alex was also active in communicating.
