Flawless. Easy checking of availability and ordering on the website with a small deposit. Balance paid in cash on delivery - slap bang in the middle of the expected window. Cheerful and efficient when putting up the castle, which was practically new and well worth the money giving 20 5 year olds several hours of entertainment! Reversed the process for pick up, still with slick and friendly staff. Can't fault, will definitely use again.

Booked a castle for my daughters birthday arrived at the address it was being dropped off after they rang me to say no one was there I was only 2 minutes away and they had gone said they left me a number to ring back and they did not , i tried ringing a different number and it didn't even ring, when I finally managed to get through was told they were not coming because I had missed the window.
