Services
Dry Needling
Dry needling involves inserting sterile needles into trigger points to alleviate pain and muscle tension. This technique, rooted in Western medicine, effectively treats injuries and chronic conditions. Patients benefit from reduced inflammation and accelerated healing through targeted intervention.
Shock Wave Therapy
Shock wave therapy uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in musculoskeletal conditions. It addresses calcifications, tendonitis, and fracture non-unions, offering a non-invasive alternative to surgery. Patients experience faster recovery and reduced pain with minimal side effects.
Low Level Laser Therapy
Low-level laser therapy employs light energy to reduce pain and inflammation while promoting tissue repair. It is a non-invasive, drug-free solution for chronic pain, wounds, and neurological conditions. Patients report improved mobility and accelerated healing without pharmaceutical dependency.
Kinesio Tape
Kinesio taping applies elastic therapeutic tape to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. It aids lymphatic drainage, reduces swelling, and corrects posture. Patients gain enhanced stability and pain relief during physical activity or recovery.
Sports Massage
Sports massage utilises deep-tissue techniques to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Tailored to athletes and active individuals, it prevents injuries and enhances performance. Patients achieve faster recovery and reduced stiffness through targeted manual therapy.
