Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through evidence-based treatments. Specialising in spinal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery, we combine manual therapy with exercise programmes. Our therapists hold advanced qualifications in acupuncture, injection therapy, and diagnostic imaging interpretation, ensuring comprehensive care for conditions ranging from back pain to complex joint issues.
Pilates
Tailored Pilates sessions focus on core stability and functional movement patterns. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we develop graded exercise programmes for spinal rehabilitation, sports performance, and hypermobility management. Our approach integrates postural awareness with strength training to prevent injury recurrence and improve overall physical capacity.
Acupuncture
As an integrated pain management technique, our acupuncture treatments stimulate natural healing processes. Using traditional meridian theory alongside modern trigger point approaches, we address chronic pain, inflammation, and stress-related conditions. Treatments are always combined with exercise rehabilitation for sustained benefits.
Massage Therapy
We offer sports, holistic, and pregnancy massage treatments tailored to individual needs. Our techniques address muscle tension, improve circulation, and aid recovery from sports injuries. Pregnancy massage specifically targets musculoskeletal discomfort while promoting relaxation and preparing for childbirth.
Exercise Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation programmes combine physiotherapy principles with functional exercise. Focusing on movement quality over quantity, we develop progressive plans that improve strength, flexibility, and confidence. This approach benefits post-surgical patients, sports enthusiasts, and those managing chronic conditions like hypermobility syndrome.

Very professional, skilled and know their stuff. With acupuncture on my back I felt pain free! This lasted 2 months until I broke my leg when the lumber back pain became excruciating. One further acupuncture today has removed the pain again. Thank you Ella

I booked an appointment with Rob due to lower back pain problems as a result of my job. Rob was very thorough with identifying the source of the pain and the discomfort has since been hugely reduced due to the deep tissue sports massage. Rob also gave me honest and expert advice and I wouldnt hesitate to use his services again - I have also recommended Rob to others.

In the past year a lot has changed for me, I went from needing a cocktail of pain killers to get out of bed due to a back injury to competing at the British weightlifting championships two weeks ago. One constant throughout all this time has been the treatment and support I have received from Rob at Stretch, from the treatment of my injury, to my rehabilitation, to now keeping my body in good condition for my everyday training, he was even the one that encouraged me to start working with my coach. Regular treatment is a huge part of my routine and just as important as getting in the gym for me

Being a extreme sports athlete, taking part in a very high impact sport on a daily basis, is it very important to keep your body in great shape too. After visiting Rob for a sports massage I felt amazing. I have great trust in Rob as I have a injured left shoulder which has affected my confidence in the past however Rob listened to my issues, gave me some good advice and worked positively to ensure is doesn't get in the way of my career. Thanks very much and I look forward to more!

As someone who competes in Weightlifting, sports massage is as much a part of my programme as getting in the gym. Rob always does exactly what's required to get me fixed and moving again and shows great attention to detail every time I see him. I have the utmost trust in Rob, the service he provides and everything he advises me to do on my own and I will continue to work with him through the rest of my sporting career and beyond. Thank you for keeping me in one piece!
