Disgusting customer care. Recieved daughters 300 boots a month ago, seemed tight but lady who had measured them said that was normal, after one month my daughter still cant ride in them, too tight, pins and needles in feet, very painful calves. Manager told us to send them to busybees to be stretched (at our expense) said as she'd ridden in them (they are riding boots) she could not exchange them.

Excellent selection of very tastefully stocked items. Saddlery stores typically have shelves laden with all colours under the sun and no clear composition tot he stock. Not so here. All items have been chosen to complement each other and provide an overall feel of style. There is a lot to be said for pre-selection of items by the owner but this has not limited the choices. Well worth a visit!!!
