Osteopathy
Osteopathy addresses musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction through hands-on techniques like soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and manipulation. Tailored to individual needs, it aims to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall function. Ideal for conditions such as back pain, sports injuries, and postural issues, this service combines assessment, treatment, and patient education for long-term recovery.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation programmes focus on strengthening muscles, improving joint stability, and preventing recurring injuries. Personalised exercise plans are designed to match individual goals, integrating progressive resistance and functional movements. This service supports post-injury recovery, enhances physical resilience, and promotes pain-free daily activities through evidence-based, adaptable routines.
Sports Massage
Sports massage targets muscle tension and imbalances caused by physical activity or repetitive strain. Techniques include deep tissue work, stretching, and trigger point therapy to enhance recovery, reduce injury risk, and improve performance. Suitable for athletes and active individuals, it complements osteopathic treatment by addressing soft tissue health and mobility.
Personal Training
Personal training offers customised fitness programmes aligned with health goals, from weight management to injury prevention. Sessions integrate strength training, mobility work, and functional exercises, adapting to individual capabilities and progress. This service empowers clients to achieve sustainable fitness improvements while addressing specific musculoskeletal needs through expert guidance.
Running Strength
Running strength assessments evaluate biomechanics and muscle imbalances affecting performance or causing injury. Targeted exercises and technique adjustments enhance running efficiency, reduce pain, and prevent recurring issues. I met Shaun for the first time today and immediately felt comfortable with letting him treat me. He was professional, thorough and I left in a lot less pain than how I’d arrived. Will definitely be back for more sessions when needed

Shaun is amazing at what he does! Highly knowledgeable and all round lovely guy. I walk out of each session feeling a huge amount of relief from my neck/shoulder pain which is maintained at home with exercises and stretches that have been clearly demonstrated to me. I highly recommend and will be returning in the future😊

With long standing medical issues I wasn’t entirely sure how to manage, Shaun was able to tailor my treatment and I’ve seen improvements already with my treatment plan he gave me. Cannot recommend Shauns’ knowledge, treatment plan, reassurance and client care enough. If anyone needs a Osteopath he is absolutely the guy to see. I’ve recommended him to friends and family and they’ve also told me they’ve had the same brilliant experience with Shaun as I have.

After Gp, chiropractor, physio and another osteopath failed me and given me painkillers - ice and "your glutes are weak" advice, I listened to recommendation and visited Shaun. He is very reasonably priced, very well mannered, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and I am always feeling million dollars leaving. 3 sessions and the pain is almost gone and I am training again. So far I sent another two people to him and cant recommend him enough! You will end up with personalized exercises including a schedule, lot of new information, fresh mindset and body. Go!

Shaun is a miracle worker! By my own wrong doings/over doing things etc, I’ve had a few appointments now, the latest being a back injury, he is always really empathetic and provides useful exercises/stretches etc after sessions to do at home. So far has helped me recover from an ankle sprain, damaged rotator cuff and hip problems! Always look forward to going as know pains and injuries will get sorted! Thank you as always!
