Laser Cutting
Our NUKON 4kW Fibre Laser delivers burr-free, high-precision cuts across stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, and brass. Advanced nesting software maximises material yield while maintaining repeatable accuracy. The 3000x1500mm flatbed system handles metals up to 15mm thick, integrating seamlessly with forming and welding processes for end-to-end fabrication solutions tailored to client specifications.
CNC Punching
The 3000x1250mm Euromac CNC punch works with metals up to 4mm thick, supporting small-batch and large-scale production. An extensive tool library accommodates countersinking, louvering, and custom shapes. Quality control ensures burr-free parts, while efficient programming enables rapid turnaround for electrical enclosures, aerospace components, and industrial panels across multiple sectors.
Folding and Rolling
CNC press brakes fold metals up to 5mm thick over 3-metre lengths with high-tolerance accuracy. Radius tools and safe-edge options enable complex bends for prototypes or production runs. The hydraulic rolling system handles metals up to 4mm thick, achieving custom diameters for structural or decorative applications in stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
Welding
MIG, TIG, and spot welding capabilities handle metals from 0.9mm to 30mm thickness. Two 6m x 3m jig benches ensure precision for large assemblies. Expert dressing and polishing deliver seamless welds for electrical enclosures, pharmaceutical trolleys, aerospace components, and structural frameworks, with quality maintained across one-off prototypes and bulk production.
Final Assembly
Complete assembly services combine welding, riveting, and threaded fasteners in a dedicated bay. PEM serting, pop-riveting, and tapping ensure precise integration of components. Finishing options include powder coating, galvanizing, and screen printing, delivering ready-to-install solutions for enclosures, structural frames, and branded housings with consistent durability and visual appeal.
