Wire Erosion
Our wire erosion services utilise Mitsubishi MV series machines with cutting capacities up to 800x600x510mm. This non-contact process enables precision machining of conductive materials like titanium and hardened steel to 4-micron tolerances. Ideal for complex profiles in aerospace and motorsport components, our 24/7 operation ensures rapid turnaround of intricate parts.
Spark Erosion
Spark erosion creates complex internal features in conductive materials using custom-shaped electrodes. Our Mitsubishi and Baron Max equipment handles projects from simple hexagons to intricate splines and mould tools. This process excels at producing sharp internal corners impossible through conventional machining, particularly for press tool applications.
EDM Hole Drilling
We produce precision holes from 0.30mm diameter in conductive materials using CNC-controlled EDM drilling machines. Capable of angled and inclined surface drilling, this service creates pilot holes for wire erosion or finished components. Our three dedicated machines handle aerospace and medical industry requirements for high-accuracy through-holes in hardened materials.
CNC Machining
