We knew within five minutes of meeting James that he was the very best person to sell our house for us - he radiates positivity! He immediately understood what we needed and was always available if we had any questions. He was very accommodating about arranging viewings over evenings and weekends as we were working from home during the day. We were very grateful that we had James to guide us, he went above and beyond what we would have expected as not only did he help us with the sale process, he was also extremely helpful with final post-sale matters as well. We are delighted with the service we received from James and his team. Everything estate agents are inclined to claim for themselves is true of Gesners. They are approachable, friendly, highly responsive and interested in the people as well as the property. Behind their decency as people there is a high level of professional competence. They know the area well and look beyond the housing stock to the area, which they know well and love. Perhaps most importantly we got a fair price in good time. He found purchasers we were happy to take on our much-loved home too. Through the sale he pestered
