THE WORST NIGHT EVER. Receptionist a man, who said that he was a manager has 0 understanding in customer service. At 23:30 I could not fall a sleep because of a loud music coming from reception TV, my room was 201 just above, I asked receptionist to turn it down but his answer was that this is lobby and people might come in, (in the middle of a night when it's fully booked) so the music must stay loud, so I had to have a massive row until he turn it down. Because I got so upset I couldn't sleep for another couple hours.

The hotel is updated currently and we stayed in one of the old rooms. It was clean, just the layout was very updated. Unfortunately they don't have a bar currently

The room we stayed in was the older rooms, it was a bit tired but it had a comfy bed so what more could you want.
Hopefully the renovation will be finished soon and I'm sure it will be even better next time.

Used to be cheap & cheerful, not so cheap & really quite sad.. Obviously you only get what you pay for but they have dropped off our list of even adequate now
I wish I could post my photos
One pillow, broken tiles, filthy brown pull cord on the light look further up the cord & its white, sad & tired dimly lit rooms ..
the hotel is slowly being refurbished, but the prices have gone up considerably for all of the rooms

The Double room was of good size. Beds quite comfortable. Decor a little shabby but clean. Room lights very dim.
