Always try to put you off getting a appointment and if you do its usually about 2 weeks for a phone appointment service was not good before covid either j

Due to COVID, they are (were?) only allowing appointments to be booked on the exact day you needed, and refused to do any forward booking i.e. no "can I have an appointment next week". GPs have generally been understanding and helpful but admin staff/processes have left a lot to be desired.

My Wife and I have been with this practice for more years than I can Remember and they can NOT Improve in my Eyes. Yes there has been changes with some Doctors leaving "Sorely Missed" but ALL STAFF ARE very helpful when we contact them. Thank you Dr M Burnett.

Been with this practice now for 33 years have been through thick and thin over the years and the service never fails me going over a rough patch just now waiting for tests and results and Dr David has been a rock phns me once a week with updates and treasurers me he is a legend in my eyes
