Services
Fabrication
Our fabrication department works with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium to produce precision components up to 4 metres in length. With Gade guillotine and Amada CNC press capabilities, we deliver complex sheet metal parts and structural fabrications. Our coded welding expertise ensures compliance with industry standards while maintaining tight tolerances through integrated machining processes.
Machining
Equipped with Haas EC2000 machining centres and Binns & Berry lathes, we handle both small and large components using manual and CNC methods. Our capabilities include 4-axis milling, live tooling lathes, and large diameter turning up to five-tonne capacity. We work with diverse materials including titanium, copper, and engineering plastics to meet exacting specifications.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services utilise Delcam FeatureCam software for programming from 3D models, ensuring fast changeovers and consistent quality. With Faro Gage inspection equipment and Scharmann horizontal boring machines, we maintain precision across complex geometries. This technology enables rapid prototyping and efficient production runs for diverse industrial applications.
Project Management
We offer end-to-end project management from initial design through to installation. Our 2D/3D CAD facility supports concept development while our fabrication and machining departments execute production. This integrated approach covers coating, assembly, and final installation, ensuring seamless delivery of complete engineering solutions tailored to client requirements.
Coded Welding
Our coded welding services meet stringent industry standards across various materials including stainless steel and aluminium. Certified welders employ advanced techniques to ensure structural integrity in critical applications. This capability supports our fabrication work for sectors requiring absolute reliability in harsh operating environments like subsea exploration and chemical processing.
