Worst company Ive ever interfered ever, I booked a bouncy castle and I was cancelled on, on the day that up I needed it for a birthday party

The same comment as the others - completely ghosted by this company. Should have read the reviews! I got email confirmation when booking but then they ignored my emails and calls as the day itself got closer and closer. Less than 36 hours notice I gave up and finally got another company who were reliable and professional and kept in contact throughout. thank goodness I did as I would have had an inconsolable little boy at his own party!

What a joke! Been let down 3 times by this joke of a company. First due to weather (which you can understand), second got a text night before castle was due saying "my van has broken down so can't deliver but will try and get one for you" - guess what no response the next day. Why couldn't you hire a van for the day or use an estate where you put the seats down to bring a castle? Third and most annoying: castle was booked 2 months prior to needing it, they said it was for a different day (we had the evidence to prove we were right). Will never use again and if you don't want disappointed children

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I received a confirmation text the day before my booking but then they simply did not arrive. Did not answer the phone when i called or reply to texts. Did not respond to emails. Left a lot of very sad and upset children. Yes , they may have delivered over 5000 bouncy castles ( as all the replies to all the negative reviews on here state) but it is childrens' parties that are being ruined by the no- shows and that is just heartless. Simply unacceptable.
