A little bit about us before we came to Amberley. Beverly Young had owned and run hammer trout farm for 14 years where she sold fresh trout and smoked trout to local restaurants and the fish markets. Alan Young has a background of electronics and customer services. Beverley and I have always had a love of animals having had our own dogs over the years and our cat Bob, Beverly having five of her own dogs when she was at hammer farm.

Situated in over five acres of beautiful Sussex countryside it was love at first sight. Both Beverley and I are totally committed to Amberley Kennels Ltd and our aim is to make Amberley Kennels Ltd the best there is. We have already put in place changes to and in the kennels that we believe will make us the place that you would like to leave your dog.

At Amberley Kennels Ltd we have eight acres of woodland walks all owned by Amberley. Our kennels have a bedchamber and a run and also have a very large individual fenced paddock this is unusual for boarding kennels and is one of our strengths. We also carry a wide variety of dog food.

All dogs are fully insured whilst in our care we will ensure your dog enjoys a five star stay with us so you can go on holiday feeling confident your dog is in competent hands.A visit/inspection is more than welcome please make an appointment by telephone or e-mail do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or queries you may have.

Excellent dog kennels with friendly and proffesional staff. We have used them for the last 3 years and have never had any issues, even during the Covid lockdowns. We would definitely recommend them. Both our Border Collie and English Springer are always happy after their stay.

Made a enquiry today, placed a £50.00 deposit, had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, immediately well within 10 minutes made a phone call to ask for a refund of my deposit, due to change of circumstances, arranged a refund that cost me £7.50, had this cancellation been days passed I could totally understand, but within less than a hour, the payment was still pending in my bank, one of the most expensive phone calls I have made...

I cannot thank Beverley enough for supporting us with day care for Reg our Irish Terrier during this Covid lock-down. Even though the fantastic & loving staff have been furloughed Beverley has enabled me to continue working.
The care & dedication from the team at Amberley Kennels are second to none. Reg loves his days here, highly recommended.

This is the best Kennels we have ever used. Our dog Bertie loves coming here and the care is superb. The grounds are amazing and the staff are all so caring. Our dog is well looked after, loved and exercised while he is here. Amy W is super efficient and friendly and Amy the dog groomer is fabulous too. Thoroughly recommend.

Just collected our 7 month old Golden Retriever puppy after an 11 night stay at Amberley. From what we've heard from him he loved every minute of it and cannot wait to go again. When we left him he couldn't wait to get out of the car despite only previously having stayed for a 2 night stopover last November. He's quite tired today so can only assume he's had a very energetic time at Amberley. Will have no hesitation in sending him again. Thank you all at Amberley. Ian, Sarah and Finlay.

We just left our lovely dog here for 5 days and it was her first time. The team was very welcoming and made her feel at home immediately. Our dog was so happy in our return when we collected her that we will definitely use them again. Think you from us and from Alma.

Thank you once again for the staff for caring for Betty & Lola whilst I had to go Yorkshire it was last minute booking and Amberley was very welcoming to take my doggies in I don't know what I would of done without them .
Also thank you for the lovely pamper and grooming they both received they looked so happy and beautiful when we collected them
Definitely recommended for anyone doggy boarding 😊

My dog always has a great time here though he does tend to smell a bit ehen we get him home so he usually goes in the bath. This is normal for him tho lol
