I had a problem with my foot and I found that Ross was incredible. He explained everything very well and gave me some exercises to do at home. After a few appointments, the pain is now almost gone and I cannot thank him enough. He knows his stuff and also he is very pleasant, (as are the rest of staff).
Very, very happy.

I have been going to the osteopathy clinic for 4 weeks and cannot praise Ross enough! He explains everything to do with the treatment, without blinding me with science. I have seen a marked improvement already. The practice is smart and clean and I think good value for money.

Back in August last year, I developed Achilles tendinitis after 'overdoing it' with running. Like a lot of people, I chose to ignore it and it just kept getting worse. I did a lot of searches on Facebook and Google for somewhere to get treatment and I made contact with a number of places.
However, this was the first one that got back to me and seemed to understand what my issues were. So I booked. I certainly didn't regret it! Ross was excellent at explaining the mechanics of my body movements and identified a number of underlying factors that were causing undue stresses on my Achilles.
