Had two long term stays now and they have treated me like family on both occasions

The owner of balwin house was very accommodating to our needs and bought in gluten free produce for one of our party my wife and i will definitely visiting again. Breakfast was excellent and offerd plenty of variety thankyou for a lovely stay would recommend this place

Room was clean but, a tight fit with a double bed in it. A stirrer or spoon would be a good idea as there was nothing to stir tea or coffee. Shower was really dirty, so, did not use.
Went down for a cigarette and almost fell down the stairs as I didn't see the dogs ball on the landing. No parking.

From the first minute we step in this place you can feel that the owner is not happy because we are foreigners. Never felt something like that in my life.
