It all began a long, long time ago. Crug Gls house can be traced back to the 12th Century when it was mentioned in the Black Book of St Davids - the chronicle of local farms, manors and estates. The Bishop of St Davids is said to have lived at Crug Gls from time to time and the house remained in the hands of the Church for centuries until it was sold in the early 1900s.

That's why we have designed our rooms, suites and cottages to give you the privacy, peace and comfort you need to properly relax. It's what marks Crug Gls out as luxury accommodation in Pembrokeshire. The rooms have been sympathetically renovated with features including Georgian wallpaper in keeping with properties of this period.

A cottage-style room with delicate blue flowered walls and Melin Tregwynt cushions and throws. Inlaid French twin beds can convert to form a 6ft double bed. Set off by sparkling granite tiles, the bathroom offers plenty of indulgence. Soak in a semi-sunken spa bath or enjoy an invigorating shower in the separate double enclosure.
Coach House

Set in the grounds of Crug Gls, the Coach House suite is a spacious, relaxing retreat. Its floor-to-ceiling windows draw in the light and colours of the countryside, and a downstairs living space offers the comfort of home, including a bathroom equipped with a spa bath. Upstairs, a second modern bathroom is fitted with mosaic tiles and a double shower.
The Cottage Suite

A short walk through the grounds of Crug Gls takes you to the Cottage Suite; a renovated barn which offers much more than just somewhere to stay. Characterful and charming, the Cottage Suite is light and airy with beautifully decorated rooms peppered with splashes of colour that include Melin Tregwynt designs.
