Really disappointed with service, testing times indeed for everyone importing during the pandemic as shipments are delayed but this was compounded by the poor service we experienced with Unsworth. It appears Unsworth hold no power in the shipping world. Provide false promise after false promise regarding ETA's. Unsworth provide you with schedules that hold no value, we paid premium prices for the shipment to arrive in good time but none of them arrived on time, they were late ....really late. Both shipments were late departing port (so we paid for a shipment departing 1-2 weeks earlier) and then

DO NOT USE- this company lies, changes measurements and calculations methods to suit them. This worst logistics company i have ever come across. Do not trust any quote from them as they will change it and charge more. Futher more, they do not follow your instructions for customs declarations which after a HMRC review have left us with a large bill because of UGL. Also many reviews below are by their staff members (John Kabawat being one of them)

I have been dealing with Unsworth since 2005 and in particular with Paul Gardiner since 2009. An extremely helpful, friendly and completely efficient service has ALWAYS been provided by Paul and I would highly recommend them as a trustworthy company that gets the job done without you having to worry about anything.

Shocking company would never ever use again. You ask questions, they don't respond, you send chasers, they don't respond, you call and tell them the matter is now urgent, they don't respond you then call back and this time lose patience and it's all your fault, not theirs! Yours! Not an apology for their shocking service no no just lies but because you catch them out and make it known you have caught them out they then decide that they will no longer correspond with you and leave you high and dry with no ETA info, no vessel name, no BL, no documentation,nothing and they think that is acceptable
