I had an appointment at Bellissima Bridal yesterday and although I didnt find the one, I felt compelled to write a review as the customer service and experience was second to none. My consultant was Lilly, who immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm approach. I was a little disheartened by the whole wedding dress shopping in a COVID environment but Bellissima did their best to make it feel as normal as possible, whilst adhering to the restrictions. After having a baby 8 weeks prior to my appointment I was worried about trying on dresses for the first time and never expected to come away with one of the first dresses i tried on. From the very moment we entered she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and made the experience magical for us.
