As an Epson Express Centre we are authorised to perform in shop maintenance of warranty printers; we can also arrange to return your warranty printer back to Epson to attain a replacement. In this section we allow customer to check on their current work order status by providing us with their work order number and the last 4 digits of their phone number taken during booking their repair into our shop. This is an automated system and has been made to allow the customer to get an update upon demand; if there hasn't been an update to your work order or you just wish to talk to a representative regarding your repair.
