Services
MSK Podiatry
Musculoskeletal podiatry addresses foot and ankle pain caused by injury, poor posture, or structural issues. We diagnose conditions like plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis using gait analysis and imaging. Treatment plans may include orthotics, shockwave therapy, or steroid injections to restore mobility and reduce discomfort.
Diabetic Foot Care
Specialised care for diabetes-related foot complications, including neuropathy, ulcers, and circulatory issues. Regular assessments prevent severe infections through debridement, offloading techniques, and wound care. Our team collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive management of foot health for diabetic patients.
Shockwave Therapy
Non-invasive shockwave therapy treats chronic heel pain and soft tissue injuries by stimulating natural healing. This evidence-based treatment is effective for plantar fasciitis and tendonitis, offering rapid pain relief without surgery. Sessions are brief, with most patients experiencing improvement after 35 treatments.
Verrucae Treatments
Advanced verrucae treatments include cryotherapy, Verruca Pen, and PACT light therapy. These methods target viral infections safely for all ages, minimising recurrence. Personalised plans consider patient age, wart location, and medical history to ensure effective, comfortable care.
Orthotics
Custom orthotics correct biomechanical imbalances and alleviate pain from flat feet or high arches. Using 3D gait analysis, we design tailored insoles for sports performance, daily comfort, or post-injury recovery. Materials and designs vary to meet individual activity levels and footwear requirements.

Expert service with professional setting. This is the least pain I have had for the removal of an ingrown nail. I have had three prior to Dulwich Podiatry and I have never had so little pain during the procedure before.

I went to the practice in December 2018. It had good reviews and it was local to my house . The lady I saw , Natalya , was somewhat cold in her manner but she did a good job and was professional and efficient. She persuaded me to have a test for a fungal infection which I agreed and paid for . It is now April 2019 and despite 3 attempts on the telephone I have still not had my results which means I cannot take any action if the tests prove to be positive. The people I spoke to on the phone were very sorry but no action has been taken to resolve the situation. I told Natalya that I did see podiatry

I took my 8 year old to get treatment for a verrhuca. We were in there for 5 minutes and was told they don't freeze warts on children. A tincture was dabbed on it and we were sent on our way. Quickest 64 I have ever spent - complete rip off. Up in stoke this weekend and a podiatrist froze it off no problem for 15. Would totally not recommend.
