The 1 star is for the gentleman we dealt with who was quite friendly and helpful, but when it comes to the overall service it was chaos. We had to organise a shipment of personal belongings quite late as we were moving countries and was assured by ISCA that they would handle everything. It seemed we did most the work. We had multiple issues with FedEx who were collecting, for example them not showing up on the scheduled day, not having any of our information when we called to make inquiries. We were advised by ISCA they had an agent in Canada that would handle any issues with the shippers there

Having used ISCA a few times I can highly recommended them. Superbly professional. Any queries have been dealt with within minutes. Quotes are given same day and communication of shipment is great throughout.
