If thinking of joining this surgery think again. Its Terrible. Some not all staff are Rude and unhelpful. They should not be working in a surgery

This is such a careless health centre. You call them more than 10 times but no one answers. It's been three times I am calling from 10:30 am and every time waiting for 20 minutes and the system says I'm in Q1, but no one answers. I really don't know how to inform NHS of the ignorance of this health facility. So sickening

Try calling the surgery, its a joke. They take forever to pick up. Over 7 minutes to be exact. And if you do manage to get through, expect to receive an appointment 3 weeks later.
Receptionist genuinly sound like they dont care, are rude and lack a lot of understanding.

If you need to book an appointment it is better to forget mayfield surgery because nobody doesn't answer the phone and you have to spend a week or so on the phon ( no joke seriously a week ) that maybe in a lucky houre sombody pick the phone and give you a phone appointment for next month

Moved area needed a new GP surgery.
Joined up . The doctors have been lovely and helped me out alot with meds I needed etc. Sometimes you wait awhile for them to pick up but I genuinely think you get that will all surgeries . The GPS care here
