I have used the services of estate agents on many occasions over the last 38 years. Without doubt this has been the most positive experience. The whole team were thoroughly efficient and professional- keeping me updated at all times. The marketing material - including a video was of very high quality. The sale took a long time owing to probate but they stuck to task with patience . Well done to the whole of the Ilfracombe team plus Holly from the Biddeford office

Responsive, professional and polite service from Dion. He followed through on everything he said he would do and in a timely manner. We didn't get to buy the flat we wanted, but I would always go back to him as he was so personable as well as knowledgeable about Ilfracombe and the surrounding areas.
