Great surgery but those who are answering the phones could definitely do with more training. Rude and passive aggressive and when you try to question anything they go on the defensive immediately. I know it's a tough job but we all have tough jobs and it's simply not an excuse. Doctors, nurses ect are fantastic but please do talk to those who answering the phones as it makes the overall experience quite stressful at times.

Received a number of Text messages to attend surgery for a Flu Vaccine. However apparently they had ran out of vaccines and didn't know when or if they were likely to receive any soon.
Ok, i get that but there's a way of dealing with this and conveying this information. Being dismissive and demonstrating a of empathy or understanding is neither constructive or purposeful
Advising a patient to go down to boots to see what they can doing is not helpful. Why not just call me back when you get the next batch in? A contingency plan with dealing with shortages would by now be a 'normality' given

Journalist whose NHS blood tests have been doctored off-on from 2001. Joined the practice after moving to Eastbourne for a 'fresh start' after West Mercia Police failed to resolve my blood tests being doctored by NHS & abroad after my appeal with IPCC upheld May 2015 I'm a victim of RIPA misuse incl. hacking & doctored blood tests with a police smear campaign. NHS covered up my low WBC, thyroid condition and infections from c. 2001-especially in Shrops & Staffs 2008-2014 so local West Mercia Police covered up for them and care covered/undermined elsewhere incl with specialists before incl. at my

What a farce! Is this what surgeries have come to now you have to fight the receptionist before they'll decide if you can have an appointment! Thwn they decide what the doctor os capable of! There if the receptionist decides that the GP who spent 6 to 8 years studying ailments of patients cannot deal with your symptoms then God help you. This is definately a case of too many chiefs not enough indians! I would just like to put to the practice what is classified as a medical condition then?

Placed a repeat Prescriptions as directed by receptionist through kamsons (11/3), traveled on bus to pick it up (16/3) to find Prescription not been returned from practice. Poor service lighthouse. If we have to change how we do things you could at least see you stick to the service you say you will provide such as a 3 day turn around on repeat Prescriptions. I will have to take public transport again when ever you decide to issue this medication.
