What services are available outside normal hours?
Our Extended Access Service operates weekdays 6:30pm-8pm and weekends 8am-8pm via 0203 370 7366. Life-threatening emergencies require calling 999.
Can I book appointments online?

I do hope not to deal with one their receptionists again: she is always rude and looks like she is always bothered regardless. What her problem, if I can ask????
Anyway, the others really know how to treat you. I have few mild - although daily appalling health conditions - and after a little bit of a chase and detailed clarification on my health at the moment, they understood my problems and showed me a lot of empathy, help, reassurance and looking after me. Especially Mark and Farah are being so caring these days where I am struggling a lot. They are not there just to pick up the phone and booking

I have been with this surgery for nearly ten years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me, from keeping the surgery open an extra twenty minutes on NYE so I could get there before closure, to walking my prescription down to me when I was too ill to move. Even during the pandemic, I have always been able to get a same-day appointment, and the staff are all extremely friendly. Thank you to everyone there, you are all terrific.

Really wonderful clinic with the most polite and helpful reception staff, nurses and doctors. Phones calls are picked up very promptly and I've never had any issues booking an appointment. I've recently moved away from this area to another GP practice and now sorely miss this one!

Ive been registered with this clinic for over a decade now and I think they are fantastic. My appointments are always on time as scheduled. The team have gone above and beyond to help me and my daughter on numerous occasions. Very happy with my care here. My doctor is Dr Chakraborty and he has been nothing but kind, conscientious and efficient in helping me over the years.

If I could give 0 rating, I would. They removed me without even bothering to check with me from their list assuming that I moved out because I have not visited them in 2 years. The AUDACITY of me not being sick right and still thinking that I have a GP. Because of their incompetence I missed my smear test letter, my check up as a blood donor, and generally messed with over 2 years of my medical records. Incompetence at the admin level leads to serous health hazards and someone should be fired for this

Been here for around two years. Highly recommended. The doctors and nurses are great and the receptionists are welcoming and pleasant. They are accommodating and helpful and you can make non urgent appointments for a week or so, as at any other doctor. Emergency appts are available too.

I have been with this surgery since age of 12 now 54 and seen so many changes, however I've always been treated good and doctors have always listen to me me, the receptionist have been great, except one new one who I found unhelpful, however that was last year havnt seen her since, yes now days it's hard to get appointment within a week but this is not the surgery fault it's all over the country it's the same, but if it's a emergency and you phone early enough they will see you same day. Never no problem with referrals, , getting results is sometime a problem but not their fault usually hospital
