First visit for mum on Saturday, previously received a home visit. We arrived and mum was looked after from the moment mum stepped out from her wheelchair and into the clinic. Staff are caring and made mum feel so comfortable. Throughout mums appointment, she was spoken to directly, really made mum happy. See you in 6 weeks time!
