Succulent beef fillet with chicken liver pate and sliced mushrooms encased in beautiful puff pastry. 2 x chicken fillets filled with blue stilton cheese then wrapped our plain dry cured back bacon, a hearty meal. 12 x seasoned minced pork balls covered in a sweet and sour sauce with spring onions and sesame seeds.
