I saw a flat for sale, I called to arrange a viewing, this was on Thursday morning, I was told that the Owner has the keys, so they would call him to arrange a viewing, it's now Tuesday, have not been called back, so I just called them , they told me that the flat is now under offer, very poor customer service, attitude, the flat is still online as a for sale property, not professional, I feel sorry for the person who owns the flat. I would also like to say, apart from the fact that I wasn't called back like told, if I hadn't called in, I would be no wiser and still waiting in good faith, also
