Our aim is to open up the first three months of 2022 later this month so watch out for release dates both here and on our social media platforms. The first couple of days of diary opening will be for those guests who hold expiring Vouchers only so ensure you have your code to hand, you will need to input this for verification at time of booking.
We will no longer be opening our Kitchen areas for lunch mid-week in 2022 so lunches will be bookable only on a Saturday and only in the Restaurant, bookings will start from 2pm. We are working on new dishes, presentation and service elements of the Ten Course Tasting menu, priced in 2022 at 195 pounds per person and very much look forward to showing you all the changes we are making to the dining area, bar and lounge.

The Five tastes sweet/salt/sour/bitter/umami This is to conclude your dining experience and making a complete loop to the Introduction in the theme of the five tastes.
