A Modern Indian Restaurant, based in Tamworth serving cutting edge, authentic Indian cuisine with a twist. From watching my mum cook from a young age, spending most of my time in the family kitchen and working Saturday nights in a relatives restaurant from the age of 14, cooking has always been a passion, allowing Simla to be created through love and determination.
With family at the heart of the business, Simla opened to rave reviews. Inspired by the flavours experienced whilst travelling, Simla's menu showcases our love of dishes from both the royal kitchen of North India to the coastal cuisine from the Southern States, exploring Pan- Indian flavours.
