Beautiful place, Catherine is a fabulous host, can't do enough for you very much recommend Appletrees, veiws are amazing from the rooms and, complementary cakes in the lounge, which is a beautiful room to enjoy your tea n cake with amazing views.

Excellent B&B with great views from the rooms (see photo). My room was very clean and a good size with lovely toiletries. Was also a guest lounge with free milk (for tea/coffee in your room) and supply of free cake/flapjack if the breakfast didn't fill you up! Breakfast was excellent and very flexible offering cereals, OJ, toast, fruit salad, yogurt, full English, omelettes etc. And perfect location for Keswick and the lake. Catherine was an excellent host. We will return!
