Lovely and homely just didn't like the area do not agree to dogs being in catering establishments. And yes I am a dog owner.

Very comfortable stay here in Ambleside. Ann and Andrew were friendly and hospitable and would take care of your needs. Our room was pretty small but cosy and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and well portioned with cereals, fruit, juice, coffee and toasts provided. Vegetarian options provided. Location was great, close to bus stop and cafes/restaurants around.
