Our eight converted barns offer modern luxury with original features like oak beams. Each sleeps 2-7 guests, combining comfort with rural charm. Located on a working farm, they provide a peaceful retreat with easy access to Norfolk and Suffolk attractions.
Farmhouse Kitchen
Serving breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea daily using local seasonal produce. The rustic venue offers indoor and outdoor seating with farm views. Open 8:30am-4pm (Mon-Wed) and 8am-6pm (Thu-Sat) for casual dining.
Fishing Access
Guests enjoy coarse fishing on the River Waveney and nearby Aldeby Lakes. The river frontage provides opportunities to catch carp, bream, and roach. No permits required for stays at Wheatacre Hall Barns.
Bicycle Hire
Free bicycle rentals available for adults and children. Explore 1,100 acres of farmland via quiet lanes and off-road tracks. Storage facilities provided for guest convenience during their stay.

Having recently moved to the area, this is likely to be my "go to" farm shop for treats. It's in the middle of nowhere but worth finding for an excellent variety of food, gifts, flowers and more. I recommend.

Lovely place to stay. Fully equipped for families of all ages. The owners have thought of everything, gym, hot tub, soft play room, games room and outdoor play area. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing weekend away! We came away as a family of 11 across 2 barns and we all had a brilliant time. Games room was loved by us all! Barns are absolutely stunning and couldn’t have asked for anything better, with all the little extra touches making it extra special. We can’t wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much!

Nice coffee (take away or drink outside - no indoor seating). Shop holds a mix of store cupboard basics plus nice treats. No loos :-(

Fair enough. Loos would turn it from good to really great, and make it more of a destination. Great coffee, plus all the lovely food you already sell ready-to-eat, with several outside tables, make it feel like a cafe already.

Excellent service at the shop. Very good selection of fresh food and cakes. We purchased one of their beautifully crafted dry flowers. Manager at Office was lovely and greeted us with a warm-hearted smile.

Very nice barn full of goodies. Not the everyday food. Bit more expensive and something different food. Small area of cleaning items. Candles and smellies! Homemade cakes. Meat from the local butcher. Florist in there too. Although she wasn't there at mo! Bit disappointing as went for flowers and not really any there. Sell coffee tea etc. Seats outside very pleasant area. Huge car park. May have plans but could do with some other attractions there. Makes it worth while going for couple of attractions there. You could spend couple of hours there. Worth the journey.

Superb converted barns with all mod cons and more! Loved the complimentary cake, yoghurts, eggs, milk and cream. Excellent farm shop on site too.
